Bachelor of Nursing Program |
Introduction:
The time period for this program is four years, followed by an
internship year the student will spend doing clinical practice
(internship nurse). After completing these requirements, the
student will receive a bachelor or in nursing.
Goals of the program:
Upon completing the requirements for the bachelor of nursing
program, the student will be able to:
- Use the scientific, humanitarian, and nursing theoretical
information as a base for logical thinking, solving problems and
decision making.
- Perform the nursing process to provide safe healthcare to
different individuals with exceptional skills and using the
appropriate technologies.
- Benefitting professional nursing skills through immersing
herself in research, criticizing it, and applying its results.
- Bare the responsibility of providing the means of change in
the healthcare field based on social, cultural, economical and
political changes.
- Constantly learning new information regarding communication
and different computer technologies that provides the means for
working together and critical and creative thinking.
- Working with the individual, the family, and groups through
the educational process to obtain ideal health.
- Explain the benefits and performing the administration basics
in directing nursing care and clinical nursing.
- Exemplify professional behavior through knowledge, ethical,
social and legal conduct.
- Accepting responsibility through personal growth and
professional carrier.

Bachelor of Nursing Plan: |
The bachelor of nursing degree requires passing 132
credited hours, in addition to one year of clinical
practice (internship year). The degree includes subjects
in languages, sciences, philosophy, as well as clinical
training. These subjects provide the solid basics for
becoming a professional nurse in the different areas of
nursing care.
